Slot Studio is a digital product. We want it to work for you.
If Slot Studio can't be set up and run on your Mac even with our help, email hello@slotstudio.app within 7 days of your payment with your payment ID. We'll work through setup with you first. If it still doesn't run, we refund the full amount you paid, including GST.
Once Slot Studio runs on your Mac, we don't refund for a change of mind, for the cost or limits of your Claude plan or other third-party services, or if your Mac doesn't meet the requirements stated before purchase (a Mac with Apple Silicon, M1 or newer, and a paid Claude plan).
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. After a refund your licence ends and you agree to delete the Slot Studio folder.
There's no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel. You pay once.
