This policy explains what OMNIPOTENT BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we") collects through slotstudio.app and how we use it.
When you buy, the Razorpay checkout collects your name, email address and phone number, and processes your payment. We receive your order details from Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. When you email us, we receive your email and anything you write.
The website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It remembers your currency choice (₹ or $) in your browser only.
To deliver Slot Studio to you, send you upgrades, help you set it up, issue invoices and GST records, handle refunds, and answer your questions. We don't sell your data.
Razorpay (payments), Google Workspace (our email), and our accountants and tax authorities where the law requires it.
As long as you use Slot Studio, and longer where tax law requires us to keep invoices.
